Ghee Roast


 

Ingredients:


Idli batter - 2 cups 

Thur dhal powder - 2 tbs

Rava - 1 tbs

Salt as you need

Ghee - 2tbs



Method:



  Make rava as a nice powder and mix it with idli batter and   thur dhal powder.  

 Adjust salt . Pour the batter in a dosai ladle as thin as you wish and

 add ghee around the dosai and close it with a lid. 

 When it comes crispy don't turn it into other side. 

Gently take from the ladle.  Serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney...

  1. I am making idli this weekend. Shall add tur dal powder and rave to get crispy dosas which my daughter loves
